I am looking for hunting land to manage and take the big buck population to a new level in the state of west virginia. I need to find land to hunt and lease in the southern part of west virginia. Me and 2-3 other ethic hunters are willing to help with all fencing, farming and any other needs if wanted. We can contact owner when we will be entering or leaving property and show tags and game for what we have taken. We are willing to treat the land as if it is gold for we are not fortunate enough to have our own land to treat in such manner. I live out of state but own 160 acres near Hurricane, WV I am currently working on food plotting and QDMA to increase the potential for big healthy deer in the area. Several of my neighbors do not hunt there land. I have been thinking of approaching them in order to expand my plan (so far the wallows and plots across my property are working well) but I do not have the resources to patrol the properties on a regular basis. I'm sure you are aware that many locals to not respect signs. If you are interested in some mutually beneficial plan let me know.
